Positive Elisa, Negative Western Blot

About 13 months ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a sex industry worker. About 2-3 weeks later, I believe I had acute HIV infection symptoms, very similar to a flu. Of course, it might have just been the flu.

Test results:

4 weeks:
Positive Elisa
Negative Western Blot

6 weeks:
Positive Elisa
Negative HIV DNA PCR

12 months:
Positive Elisa
Negative Western Blot

What are the chances of not seroconverting up to this point? Do I need additional testing? Do you guys think I'm HIV negative?

You would have seroconverted long before now. The wb test at 12 months trumps all. You are negative.

You're negative, WB is the confirmative test.
