Genuine concern - please advise:
Dear Doctor,
I had two which i feel low to medium risky encounters about two years back with two different women (of unknown status) as follows:-
a. Without a condom, my penis briefly touched her vagina but only for a few seconds, and i had some pre-***, but immediately, i wiped it off, and the only thing later on i got was a hand job with some lotion from her.
b. In this, i sucked the nipples of a lady for about five minutes very hard, and later came to know that she had a two year baby. Is there any way she could still be lactating and i consumed some milk, which i understand carries some risk as well, apart from semen, vaginal fluids and blood.
All i had was a six week test so far for all STD's (including hiv) whichall came back ok. But all the problems started later on, and I have been having multifarious symptoms, (including suddenly noticing visible veins all over my hands and arms and getting sore throat and cough atleast twice a month. The thing that worries me the most is a white tongue which i first noticed after i took a dose of amoxycillin antibiotics for a throat problem. This was back in May last year, (which is about almost 2 yrs after the exposures). There was a consistent bitterness in my tongue which lasted as long as the white stuff was present. Once a day, if i brush it off, the white stuff and the bitter taste disappeared, but appeared again the next morning. This lasted for about three months and finally the problem seemed to go off. I had been to a doctor and got checked for some yeast infection, but they mentioned the test was okay. I had wiped off some of the white stuff prior going to the doctor for this test, and when the doc looked at it, he mentioned it did not look like thrush. Could my wiping off the stuff cause any difference in the results?
However, suddenly, a second occurence of the whgite tongue started about two weeks back. It's the same symptoms as before, and still continuing to be so,
I sincerely appreciate your responses and help in this matter.
Thanks and Regards
Roger
