should I retest for HIV ??

After almost 14-15 days of my exposure to an oral sex (I gave the oral sex),I've done a test, as given right here:
Elesys 2010,the qualitative determination of P24 antigen of HIV 1 and the antibodies of HIV 1 and 2 in Human serum :
>0.9: negative
1: dangerous
=1 : positive
my test came 0,385 negative. please tell me should I retest :S

sorry for the mistakes above, I was going to say that the laboratory's doctor said there's no concern for me and my tests results are sure from 80-100% . thank you :)
