should I worry about HIV

I am a twenty-year-ago girl. Now I am worried about HIV.There are three questions that I want to konw.
1 .Some doctor says the body fluid which is out of body can't infect others. But if the body fluid is just out of body and get into water or air for several minutes(for example, five minutes or less),and it is not dry.Does it has the ability to infect others?
2 .When I was young,I had a bad habit. It is that when the weather was cold I would put my hand under my knickers. Now I am afraid if I my hand touch some fluid with HIV and it is not dry, then I put my hand there will make me get HIV.Should I worry about this?
3 . Is there any case where we can get HIV by a behavior which don't belong to the three kinds of high-risk behavior ?

Your fears are baseless, answers to your questions are,

1. Infected body fluids (blood, semen, vaginal fluids) can infect others, if the exchange takes place inside body. HIV becomes inactivated, as soon as it leaves its host and becomes unable to infect others, regardless of the state of dryness or wetness.

2. No, you were never and will never be exposed to HIV risk due to this habit.

3. No

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.
