HIV can also be transmitted by blood to blood contact, its very rare but it can happen. I work for something called sahir house its a special place for HIV pos ppl to get advice and counselling, I myself am HIV pos so I'm just making things up.
If the risk miniscule its still a risk and should be done with that in mind.
If you should take coke use a bit of a plastic straw and don't share it x

Hep in the UK is rising due to the cocaine epidemic we have here and the nurse at my gum said lots are getting it from shared notes with traces of blood, hep is much stronger outside of the body than hiv , hep can last 24 he's whereas HIV only minutes so in that instance its not very likely but not totally improbable.

Yes there is if there was blood and it went into the nasal cavity which has paper thin membranes could also be cut and there is then a chance, my hubby caught hep from snorting with his friend, if there is risk why take it?
