someone please help me please .......

Dr. i am rehan , i had unprotected gay sex with my friends many time but that was last three year before in these three years i have not done any sexual intercourse , but last 2 months i am not feeling well i got headache , little fever , nose block , cough ,excessive sweating , blur vision & lumpy gland behind the ear  , i have done hiv test 3 times  first triot , then Elisa & 3rd Elisa (cmia) index value 0.23  all comes non-reactive but now  i am diagnose with TB. my question is , i am completely negative or i have to test again .there will be chances of increase index value . i am very confused
doctor what is index value .i am scared .( i have not done any sexual intercourse in these 3year ). i am confused what i have TB , sinus , or HIV

neutrophils :42
Eosinophils:10
Lymphocytes :38
Basophils :00
monocytes :10

peripheral smear findings

WBC : Eosinophilia ( i head Eosinophils increase in HIV )
RBC morphlogy : normal
platelet count :2,81,000


ESR : 58mm


please help me

teak , I am  sorry but i dont know  i am  really very confused . thats why  i am posting again and again , i dont know what to do in this situation , i think i need a psychiatrist . because from last two months  doing this , i have done big mistake in my life ( had gay sex three year before ) . actually i have done HIV test three time they all came negative still i am thinking about HIV , can U please help me i am from India (mumbai) .
