Wipe Penis with dry tissue that might have been dipped in someone else's semen

Hello everyone,

Today I had protected vaginal intercourse with a sex worker. I then removed the condom with a wet tissue and proceeded to wipe it again with a dry tissue. I then noticed that there was someone else's semen on the table on which the roll of (dry) tissues had been. I inspected the roll and found that contact with the semen, if any, could only have been minimal. I again wiped my penis after about a minute or two with a wet tissue to be more sure and proceeded to have protected vaginal intercourse once again (so i basically ejaculated again after this incident). Now I am worried that wiping my penis with a tissue that could have been in touch with someone else's semen (unknown person and so could be HIV+) could expose me to HIV.

Could someone advise me on whether I should see a Doctor and start a course of PEP immediately? Please advise me as I am terribly nervous and scared at this point. I do sincerely apologise if a similar question has been asked previously. It's just that my situation seemed a bit different and I wanted some personalised opinion from people who knows better than me.

Thank you very much in advance.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

I don't wish to annoy people but just one small clarification: So the tissues I used to clean my penis wouldn't have done any harm (in terms of me acquiring HIV) even if they had been in contact with someone's semen? Is that correct?

Also, I ejaculated like 20 minutes after this happened. I was worried it increases the risk since my semen could have mixed with someone else's. Can someone assess the risks of this? I can still get PEP. That's why. thanks a lot everyone!

You never had an exposure and don't need testing or seeing a doctor.
