A few days later, thinking that im sick i bought azithromycin and took it. after taking it,during my sleep i experienced profuse sweating, sore throat, and a slight fever, a some rash..  2 months from now i am still worried, i loss weight, experinced pruritus, some diarrhea and loss of appetite.. do you think i catch hiv?

if you had oral sex only, you are not at risk for hiv,
if you engaged in unprotected anal / vaginal sex you are in risk, need to be tested for hiv,

now you pass 2 months, can test now for excellent indication of your final status at 3 months

Move on. Oral sex does not transmit HIV.

odds of you becoming infected are INCREDIBLY rare...at 67 days you can be very confident that you are negative, especially since the average person becomes detectable(if positive) after 20-30 days, especially with symptoms.  i wouldn't worry if I were you

HOWEVER, @balaji72....oral sex is a possible way of transmitting HIV and other STIs.  although it is more unusual than vaginal/anal sex, there is definitely a possibility of transmission

This is not a doctor forum.  You did describe the symptoms of acute infection.  It is very rare to get HIV from heterosexual vaginal sex.  Even if your partner was infected your chances of getting it from vaginal fluid are something like 1 in 10,000.  It doesn’t matter much that you put on a condom after initial penetration.  You still had a possible exposure.

You may want to get tested just because of the acute infection;  However it was far more likely another virus.
