I found a tiny purple spot on my knee today. Getting paranoid. Its not a lump or anything, just like skin discoloration.
I've only had oral sex unprotected and gums been bleeding a bit, never swallowed etc.
Anal is always always protected.
Am I being paranoid and overanxious?
