symptoms and tests

I had unprotected vaginal sex, I was the reciever. This happened 11/4/11. Five weeks later I got sick with pharyngitis/strep. Took anitbiotics developed yeast infection and white tongue. No fever at all. Tested for HIV at 25 days, 7, 9.5, 11, weeks and now 89(1 day short)days. All were negative. Am I considered conclusive? I'm still having symptoms now I have pain in finger joints with swelling, fatigue, and bronchitis symptoms. Can extreme stress delay antibody production?

25 days ELISA 1/2 ab
7 weeks ELISA 1/2ab
9.5 weeks Oraquick finger prick 1/2 ab
11 weeks  Oraquick finger prick 1/2 ab
89 days UniGold finger prick 1/2 ab
All negative

I believe my home has a mold issue. I've lived there for 5 years. I read that mold exposure leads to a compromised immune systems.  Does this mean there could be possibilty that I would need to retest at 6 months? I still can't believe I'm negative at three months.

No you do not need to return for a 6 month test. Has not been the guideline for years now.

No I do not, but if you doubt my responce use the search field and look through the thousands of answers that are the same as the one you got or go into the expert forum and search there where Dr.Hook and Dr.HHH say the same thing, (actually they use 8 weeks for a testing time frame).

So I don't need to return at six months? Do you work with HIV patients or clinic?

All what symptoms? Symptoms that have nothing to do with HIV you mean?

Person at the clinic does not know the guidelines set up by the CDC and manufacture of the tests.

Even despite all the symptoms? I've been sick since 5 weeks post exposure. My symptoms come and go. I've been tested for all stds, mono, flu, strep, all negative. The lady at the clinic said I should be fine because most strains come out positive right away. But she still wants me to return at six months!!!

You are negative, no "what if's" or "buts" about it.
