symptoms of HIV

hi, am  a 23 yr old straight male who had unprotected sexual intercourse around 2 weeks ago.
recently some rashes  developed in my arms & thighs . they are not itchy & certainly not painful. they are also not accompanied with fever.
i haven't taken the test as I think its too early or is it ??
does this symptoms matches those of HIV..if so please suggest what shall i do.
am confused, worried & dissapointed with myself..
any help will be highly appreciated

its been 10 weeks now, & still the only outbreak has been those rashes(which have been confirmed as PLEVA)
I have been taking some heavy dosage of antibiotics,,,for the past few days I am feeling a certain amount of pain in my legs & I can barely run for 2mins & am only 23.
I was thinking of going for a HIV test  this coming week but just couldn't gather up enuff confidence to go for the test.
ps: refer my case history

my question was not that, I ws inquiring if it is at all required to go for HIV test when ya have been diagnosed with a completely different problem.

talk to your doctor about scabies,just taking ivermetin single pill clear the rash appeared due to scabies and can also apply scabies lotion.
