symptoms wont go away

ive got my 12 weeks negative result but symptoms of hiv are still in my body.i have back pains,pain in my groin,and muscle pain,winter flu.what shuld i do,do i need another test?(my risk was had unprotected sex with a female with unknown status).pls help me,is 12 weeks enough?

No back pain is not a symptom of HIV. You have a conclusive test result. You are HIV negative.

Doesn't matter in your case you have a conclusive negative test result.
