Do I have HIV?

Hi I am exposed to unprotected vaginal sex last march 11 2010,and then when i graduated college last march 19,me and my friends celebrated my graduation with lots and lots of alcohols and a pool party.And then the next day(march 20) when i woke up, i felt that my whole body was aching and had some head ache and started diarrhea(w/ stomach ache) with a body temperature of 37c-38c..The fever lasted for only three days but my diarrhea lasted until march 30 when i consulted my doctor and started my medicine(dazomet and mycromycetin).March 31 I decided to go back to hospital because i felt cold,fatigueness and dehydration that night, and the doctor examine my blood(cbc).The result was:
WBC-13400 H
SEG-80% H
LYM-16% L
Potassium-3.0(below normal)
Sodium-130(below normal)

Last february I've had a CBC for work:
WBC-7000
SEG-60%
LYM-40%

My doctor advised me to take Cefalexin for 1 week(3x a day) and then have again a CBC.The result was:
WBC-10200
SEG-69%
LYM-21%

I forgot to tell that I also experience night sweats w/o fever(head,chest and back)(5 days),headaches(every night),difficulties in sleeping,swelling of lymph nodes,joint aches,hands and feet excessive sweating,dry skin and anal fissure.These all happens after diarrhea.And because of this I decided to have an HIV test in 4 weeks.It came back negative!But I am still afraid.

My questions are:

What makes my blood count change?
Does it always mean that when your lymphocytes decreases,its because of viral infection?not bacterial?
What do you think about my symptoms?
Does the symptoms of acute HIV happens one by one or all at once.

Please help me Im so afraid!Your opinion will be much appreciated.I don't know what's the cause of my diarrhea and blood infection.

I don't think anything about your symptoms. HIV has no specific symptoms.

But what do you think about my symptoms?Does the diarrhea persist because of too much alcohol?Could it be possible?Because my Doctor only laughed at me when I ask him if my symptoms related to HIV.BTW thank you for answering my questions!

You can test 3 months post your last unprotected sex to receive a conclusive result.

Oh Im sorry,I stated wrong information in my first msg.I have the exposure last March 11 2011 not 2010.Im so sorry.It was all happened this year of 2011.Please do understand me.Im still waiting for your response.

4 weeks after the exposure.I have the exposure last march 11 2011,I've had my HIV test last april 13 2011.
