test results

i posted awhile ago teak n lizzie should remember u took an insti 1/2 rapid test at the stibclinic here todayvn it was negative...highly unlikely to change considerin everyone even my doctor n the clinics and here say zero risk...well it was also reassuring that one of the provinces in canada lowered their window period to six weeks...so it made me feel better when CATIE canadas offical organization said that quebec narrowed it down to six weeks....so even if i had a risk which im starting to agree i didnt..to u all 6 weeks is a good indication of ones status...but even in quebec where its six weeks...to still test out till 12 weeks for the peace of mind cause when protocols change its hard for the general public to understand n accept..so all i can say is im actually feeling a lil better..teak n lizzie ur input if u may..and a big thank you to getitright for being there for me while i was suffering inside...he allowed me to talk to him everyday reminding me its my ocd not hiv!!!!

you should have felt "joy" when we told you that you didnt have a risk.

i talked to catie canadas offical organZation they told me quebec is 6 weeks but doctors still say to get the 12 weeks..i no i never got an exposure but someone said on my orignal post to test at 6 weeks take the negative and pretty much run with it...im happy its negative so dont kill the joy im feeling...im just posting wat ive been told by experts and moderators on here who say 6 weeks is a good indication of ones status right...so teak i kbow u no alot about thos issue but we all deserve a lil respect as u would want from us..i do listen to u even if it seems i dont..so whrn someone posts dony send them a warning right away...remember i live in canada born ans raised so i have access to all the canadian stuff..so ya u know alot but so do others we arent morons cuz we dont accept right away that we had no risks..we r scared thats all

You didn't have an exposure and the guidelines is 3 months not 6 or 8 weeks even in Canada.

the clinic here said if i want i can come at the 12 week mark for my own peace of mind amd not because of my risk factor...because they said i had no risk....just for peace of mind canada and the usa will follow suit eventuallt in bringing down the window period like other places in the world but we r conservative countries and tend to lean on the error of caution.
