Would you consider 16 weeks negative, to be conclusive? I've had similiar exposure. Do you think I need further testing?

I had possible exposure through a tattoo, 11 months ago had all the symptoms, did my 2 week and 16 week (4 mos) , with a negative result.
But since then i've been getting painful back acne and body acne sinus issues(itchy eye, post nasal drip) , dry coated mouth, sensitivtiy to hot foods raised buds on the tip of the tongue , are all these related to a weak immune system? Do i need re-testing...?
non of these symptoms were exisiting before. Please help !!!!!

16 weeks is more than the required time for a conclusive result.  you do not have hiv :)

and NO...you do not need further testing.
