Unprotected Genital Rubbing

Last week I did a very silly thing.
I went to an adult massage parlour and and received a massage with a "happy ending" from the lady.
During our session she started rubbing her vagina up and down the shaft of my penis. I would not allow her near the tip.
Both before and during this I was fingering her so she was quite wet and there was definitely some vaginal fluid around.
She made me ejaculate with her hand but some of the vaginal fluid would have been on my penis when she did this.
I was quite freaked out after and I asked her if she was "clean" and when last she was tested. She told me she had been tested 1 month prior and she was "clean"
Am I being paranoid or should I get myself tested.
