in the above post it is written that if u r having a high index value that means sero conversion is going on..u told me that the index value cal fluctuate..pls reply me i m very worry.....

HIGH index value, meaning in the positive range.  If someone is newly infected, their index value will be significantly over the cut off mark for a positive result.

You could test 100 times and each time get a different index value...the number itself is completely unimportant...all that matters is that the value is below the cut off for a positive result.
