unprotected sex with a man

Six weeks ago I had gay sex with a man in a steam room at a gym. It was unprotected anal sex that lasted less than a minute. I was the top. I did not orgasm cuz halfway thru I got really scared so I stopped. Afterward I went to the shower and made myself per. I also cleaned myself as best I could with soap and really really hot water. After that I sat in the jacuzzi thinking that would help. I got tested at 25 days and then at 5 weeks and both tests were negative. I haven't really had any symptoms but I have had some headaches which I attribute to my anxiety and stress over the entire situation. I am really scared and I want to know if my two tests were accurate or if they were too early. Is it harder for a top to contract the disease? Please help!

3 months will give you a conclusive result.

Anal sex is very risky. Even protected anal is risky because the condom is more likely to break. But aside from that the odds are 1 in 10,000 of the person even having it. Then being a top is slightly safer.
The test only told you that you didn't have it three months prior. So don't believe anyone that tells you there safe because they got tested. Unless they haven't had sex in three months. The anxiety is causing your problems, but it can be a good lesson.
