vaginal fluid on head of penis---risks??(in thailand)

ok i posted this earlier, and got no response. ill try rewriting it. i am an uncircumcised male. in thailand. i had a massage at a massage parlour. during the massage, the woman rubbed the entrance to her vagina on the head of my penis. in the position necessary for penetration to take place. there was NO actual penetration...she was 'teasing' me i guess, but my penis, urethra whatever, must of come into contact with her vaginal fluid.

another poster just made a very similar post in which TEAK said ..no risk. i would like to know why this is no risk?
i understand that its minimal, but surely there must be some risk.

my experience happened 3 weeks ago. is it too soon to get tested? i went to the dr this afternoon, and he said my risk or symptoms, were 'not significant'

but then went on to tell me that 1percent of the thai population has HIV, the HIV subtype here is more contagious, and more resistant to drugs, that heterosexual contact is the main cause of HIV infection.

and that i should get a test after 3 months, but that he didnt really see the need. not significant is what he kept saying.

but then he said i should wear two condoms. which is obviously bad advice, so now im really not sure what to think!

was i at any risk? is hiv subtype e contagious in a way that put my minimal risk up to something more 'significant'?

cheers

what do you mean youre not buying the story?
this is what the doctor told me! this is why im confused....look im in thailand...its not the west...the standards of common sense in some situations are not transferable...!

what i want to know is, if hiv is present in vaginal fluid, and assuming she had hiv, why is my risk no risk. there is vaginal fluid over the head of my penis! i understand that its notthe same as penetration, or cervical fluids, but i dont understand how its no risk

oh..and the guy wasnt 'my doctor' i was just feeling anxious and walked into the nearest hospital and had a chat!
