virgin girl, one exposure, 30 seconds unprotected

Hi
I am a girl in her very early twenties and I had a very stupid fling the other day. I was a virgin with respect to vaginal sex, and the condom fell off sometime. The position at the time was me on top, and I don't think I had any vaginal tears or sores at the time. I peed right afterwards and I had a very minimal amount of blood when i dabbed the tissue into my vagina. Two days later, today, I stuck a tissue again and I am still getting maybe one speck of blood on it. He did not ejaculate inside of me. Before the vaginal sex I gave and received oral. The guy said he was tested clean three months ago. However, he said he was in an open relationship with a girl and it's worrying me to no end.
I went to Planned Parenthood first thing this morning, and they told me I had to wait 2.5 to 3 months to get conclusive test results. I am going to a gyno in two hours, and I am just really worried about getting HIV from this one-time exposure. He said he was clean, but I am still worried sick. I will never do this again. I really thought the condom would stay on. I have read elsewhere that I can get a fairly good test done (94% odds of being correct I believe?) after ten days of the exposure, which I am definitely going to get.

Well, I went to the gyno today, and he says that the risks are very null and he was a lot more concerned about the risk of pregnancy than contracting HIV. However I will definitely take a test in 6 weeks and another one again in 3 months and 6 months. I will also not partake in non-condom sex, even with birth control and a single trusted partner, for at least 2 years. The gyno took a urine sample today so I'm getting tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea, and I'm going to test for STDs soon at Planned Parenthood.

I have one more question: the gyno said that pre-ejaculate fluid has a lot more sperm concentration than it does venereal disease. Does anyone else agree? He's very good, been in the field for 20+ years, and I trust him, but I'm just curious if this is commonly known?

also, I took plan B, got free samples of birth control to start with, and got a pap smear.

This was a very scary experience all in all. I don't know how I ever arrived at this juncture, it's scary how even in a sound mind and with an experienced partner this could happen. It did, and I just cant wish hard enough that I do enough to take as much back as possible. I'm just happy the gyno seemed more worried about pregnancy than disease. I hope to God things turn out okay...

The odds are in your favor, however, if the sex was unprotected at any time (which it sounds like it was)..then testing is a good idea.

Test at 6 weeks for reassurance if you need it...and again at 3 months post exposure for a conclusive result.

Don't be overly worried about it....the odds are on your side.

hi, it's me again. My main question is what are the odds of me contacting HIV? I am really freaked out, and I'm worried that this one-time exposure is going to be something awful. please help!
