what is my HIV rsik, having an open hand injury and contact to saliva

Hello
Thanks for the great help you provide in this forum, I was reading through the forum in order to get an answer to my concern.
6 weeks ago i have had a sexual intercourse with a girl with unknown HIV status.
I had fell down just the day before while playing soccer and I had an open injury in the palm of my right hand and my knee, unfortunelty i did not cover my injuries during our sexual intercourse but was trying to make sure not to get my injury in direct skin contact with the girl...as we hugged a bit, other parts of my skin were in direct contact with hers and as it was a bit warm I was in direct contact with her swett...
The girl wanted to offer me non protected oral sex, as she approached me she dropped a big drop of saliva on the side of the head of my penis (circumsized) before me even realise what she was up to. I kind of freaked out and went straight to the bathroom and washed out the saliva... when I got back I put on a condom and she gave me oral sex, but nothing more, we had no other form of sexual intercourse...
The day after I had a cold, went to the doc and said it is a standard summer cold.
4 weeks later i developped s.thg that seemed like ARS with low grade fever and fatigue, at the start I had a soar thorat but hen the soar throat went away but still felt fatigue for the next 4 days, I was sweeting a lot during the night,
I went to the doc he checked my neck lymph nodes and said they do not seem to be swollen and he said it seems like a common stomach viruis flu.
Now I recoverd from my flu, but still I have been feeling frequent non identifiable funny pains in my granular areas, round the groin and under the arms I have been frequently checking my lymph nodes but could not really tell if they are swollen or not...
I must say that during the last month i was a bit stressed about my work but I had no stress reagrding STD till I got the ARS like symptoms.
Do you think I could have caught HIV or any other STD?  If so what tests do you recommand me to take?
Thanks a lot for your help

Hi all and thanks aak for your reply
I wanted to update my status as I dont feel my symptoms are back.
It is now one month later; My early symptoms have gone ayway and started getting better, but I had lately quite some stressful time at work meeting deadlines etc...

This week I was over stressed and suddenly I feel like my nodes got swollen under my arm pits and neck... I have a funny little cramps under my hands close to the arm pits and in the upper part of my legs, I had a stressful night last night where I could not realy sleep mainly thinking of my deadline and my health condition,  and I did sweat a lot.. I was feeling quite tired due to fatigue and lack of sleep in addition to additional physical effort while playing soccer... today i have totally lost my appetite and was feeling like throwing up....
I also have been loosing weight for the last months (I lost 3 kgs)
I undertsand that stress can cause many of thses symptoms, but I am mainly concerned about my sowllen glands, as I heard thats tress can induce the process of HIV duplication in the glands...
Beside these symtoms I have not experienced any feeling of soar throat  fever or itches, I had once a diarahea for one day but it went away... I have noticed also that when I check my glands they feel quite normal after I take a rest and sleep, but at the end of the day i feel as if the get more irritated and bigger...
Please give me some advice; does this sound like some chronical viruis infection as the symptoms showed up one month later, deos it sound like HIV or some other viral infection, I have read that only HIV can cause a generalised gland swollowing, I am realy thinking of testing for HIV but I am very scared of the implication of the results on my personal and professional life...
