what should I do now?

I had unprotected anal sex (twice) with a friend 2 days ago.  I learned the next day that he has been HIV positive for over 17 years, had an active disease at one point, has been on anti-retroviral regiment (currently on Ziagen, didanosine and lexiva) for years and has had undetectable viral load since 1999 (over 10 years).  Naturally, I am freaking out.  I read about PEP.  Can anyone recommend what the best move I can make now?  Thanks for your help

You put yourself at risk by having unprotected anal sex. You can obtain a conclusive negative test at 3 months post exposure.

I would like to add a bit more detail to help the assessment.  In the encounters, I was the receptive partner. He did not ejaculate inside me.
