when is the test conclusive

Hi,

I had protected sex 13 months ago. I tested at 11 months and came negative. I lknow that the window period is three months but in my case, I have been taking asthma deicines (prednisolone) for the last 6- 7 years i know that this is also advised in the organ transplant patients. My question to you is do you think I still need a test. When it is conclusive for me, considering that I have been taking pednisolone for such a long time.

3 months is conclusive had he had an exposure, but he didn't have an exposure.

He never needed testing at all, and there is no reason for a 6 month test

3 months is conclusive enough. 6 months just to be sure.

A 3 month test alone is already conclusive, no matter what your medical condition is. And if the condom wasn't broken, you didn't even need a test because you're essentially not exposed to HIV risk.
