So I read the training manual for the cdc people (thanks by the way for the link) you guys have been on this forum for awhile have you mever seen any body come out positive after a negative at 90 days

Viral Load tests are not an approved test for early detection of HIV. One can be infected with HIV and not have a detectable viral load. It's a total waste of money. If one has had an exposure, the best one can do is use condoms for vaginal or anal sex until they have received their conclusive negative result and are in a monogamist relationship. It's that simple.

and whats your take or oppinion on varal load test to diagnose early acute hiv

I've never seen anyone test out positive that didn't have a predictor to take longer to test out.
