worried about AIDS

Hi,I'm a guy from China,I had sex with a prostitute a few weeks ago.During our sex,the condom was broken and we found it immediately. Then I went to the bathroom to wash my penis by water and shower foam for several times. Now I feel worried about my chance of getting infected with Hiv.Though I had asked if the prostitute had ever agreed with no condom sex and her answer was no,I‘m still worried that she might be positive to hiv.In my case,do I have to check to make sure?

I still have three questions
1.the condom break on the side and the tip of my penis is not under exposure,in this case,is the chance of getting infected any different?
2.Is immediate withdrawal efficient to protect me,does immediate withdrawal diminish the chance of infection?
3.Washing my penis after the short exposure, will this do any help to reduce the chance of infection?

Hi,

Most of the sex worker dont have HIV as they know the business they are involved in is risky and hence they always ask the customers to use Condoms. If condoms break the tip of the penis is exposed to vaginal fluid and hence its considered to be a risk. How ever, the risk is low as mentioned in your situation that you immidiately widrew your penis. Also, catching hiv in single vaginal exposure is less. Secondly, she didnt agree for condomless sex states that she doesnt take chances as far as risk is concerned. Still, do a 4th generation Instant duo hiv test after 4 weeks of the exposure. I am sure your results would be negative.

God bless.

Regards
