worried about fingering

About 4 years ago i had received protected oral sex from a high risk female. It was dark in the room so i couldn't see very well. I fingered her for a few seconds and quit because i remembered that i had a wound on my finger that i have injured earlier. Can't remember if it was same day or not but i remember getting up a few hours later and noticed my finger had a good sized chunk of skin off of it,maybe 1/4'' x 3/8 '' and had some dried blood. I had jock itch also and i scratched after fingering. Roughly around 3 weeks after exposure i started to feel week and tired and muscle aches. Then within same  week i went to get something to drink and i couldn't swallow because of swollen lympnodes i'm thinking. I also had a red/purple spotted rash on my left arm. I would say symptoms lasted a week or a little longer. I have read numerous articles about fingering and the symptoms of hiv. The symptoms scare me. I have never tested because i didn't think fingering was a risk but now i'm worried that i might have infected others. It's driving me crazy now. Please let me know what you think. I have a fiance and i'm worried.

1400+ for 21 years. When they crashed and was hospitalized with an OI they were 52 and I've been at 225 for a year now.

What was your cd4 count when you got sick and what is it now if you don't mind.

Ok , one more question and i won't bother you anymore. What are your thoughts on jock itch. I scratched pretty hard to cause some bleeding after fingering her.

your symptoms are not hiv related and you do not need testing.

That's what i want to believe but what do you think about the symptoms? Do you think i should get tested or is it a waste of time? Also, someone noticed that rash on my arm before i did. Thanks for your input. I have read alot of your comments and you seem very helpful. Thank You

hiv can only infect a very few, very specific types of cells. these cells are not found in your finger. if you had a cut on your finger larger enough, open enough and bleeding enough to be a real pathway to cells that hiv CAN infect, believe me, you wouldn't be sticking it into some woman's vagina.
