worried about hiv or herpes

i have been having some symptoms to hiv such as,  swollen neck glands, tonsil stones in throat, sneezing all the time, numbness in hands, pins and needles very often, ichy scalp and pain when having sex,
i have not spoken to the man since this happend, i did not have sex with him but he tried and could of pre-comed but im not sure if that could be strong enough?  i went for a hiv test 5 month and 2 weeks after this happend but they told me if i have unprotected sex within 6 week of going for the test it could mess up the results, the test came back negative and i have spoken to a girl he recently broke up with and she said she got checked for everything whilst been with him and was all clear although i am still worried because i have read it takes upto 6 month for some people to tell if they are infected so she could have got a mixed up result too, i went on to berlive i was just paranoid but it seems like im getting most of the side affects would you reccomend going for a second test?

thanks x
