I had a blood test with the nhs last Tuesday. she said I'd get my results in 2 days. Heard nothing. Called back yesterday seven days later. "sorry, you've come through to the pharmacy, I'll get someone to call you back". Junior nurse who took my blood calls back and says the senior nurse is busy, she'll call with your results tomorrow.
Surely if the results were negative the junior nurse would have authority to tell me??!! Fact that they have to get the senior nurse means I'm surely f+#ked. If it were positive surely they'd make more of an effort to tell me? If it were positive would they send it off for a western blot BEFORE telling me? I've had weird symptoms and had high risk.
