Another nightmare -_-

Hello people...
I had sex  with unknown status girl in September . Deep kissing, fingering and protected  vagainal   Intercourse. All those activities are no risk as i read here and there. After 2 weeks my i had my right tonsil swollen with no pain and it last for 2 weeks with no pain and no sore throat ! 2 weeks after both tonsils swollen with a little pain and neck lymph nodes. also pain in armpit but when i use to touch it i couldnt feel any nods! Last week a little mild feelings in groin area in the right side. These symps still exist till now. Are these Included in ARS? Should i just let it go and move on ? 55 days post exposure and am ******** my pant. Please advice.

I had 2 Ez-Trust test kits yesterday ( 60 days the story started )  came out negative! is that a good indication? should I re-test after one month?
