chance of getting hiv after condom breaking

hi every one.
i`m a 23 year old man.about 2 weeks ago i had a sexual intercourse with a call girl.after 5 minutes of action,i decided to change style,when i wanted to start action again,just after i wanted to enter my penis in her vagina i heard the condom broke and i immediately extracted my penis and stopped the action.my penis was in her vagina for about 3 or 4 seconds after the condom broke and i stopped further contact immediately after that.after that experience i`m deeply worried about my hiv infection and i`m constantly searching through internet.i`m very very worried.can anyone help me?? how is my chances of getting infected??! i would be very very grateful if any one answers....please....

Condoms provide 100% protection against HIV and other STD's if they do not fail, however if they do, a totally protected sex turns otherwise all of a sudden, making our sex as unsafe as it was without the protection. This is an important point, we must keep in mind always.

Your protection failed during penetration (duration does not matter much), therefore you were exposed to the risk. How high or how low, we have no tool to gauge the quantum of the risk, but it was not zero for sure.

Now you need to relax and wait for next 3 months to get yourself tested for HIV antibodies and collect your conclusive results
