15 year old with left side heart enlarged
My son is 15 and has been sick with a sinus infection. He got amoxicillin but could not take it because it made him sick. He has not been eating/drinking like he should. He passed out and was taken to ER? All his tests were ok except he was dehydrated. His urine was like a tea color. The dr called me today and told me the the cardiogram showed the left side of his heart is swollen. I am freaking out! I've is very active and. Ow this. The dr said it may be from the dehydration or something else, Can dehydration cause selling of the heart??
