Medications can help with symptoms, but will not reverse the problem. You need to make lifestyle changes immediately to slow the progression of the disease. No smoking, healthy diet, regular exercise even if going for 30 minute walk every day (or at least 3 times a week). Keeping blood pressure normal and avoiding emotional stress as much as possible. As you have angina pectoris, your cardiologist may suggest stenting, depending on various factors. Failing that they may wait to see if the blockage worsens (determined by your symptoms worsening) and recommend bypass surgery.

Your blood test results like Total Chollastal,,Tryglycerides play major role.It is also very important whether u r diabetic. So first regulate ur diet and good excercise as suggested by good cardioloigist.Even 60% Blockage is high risk and be cautious and be away from stress.Take utmost care.all the best.
