Abnormal Stress, but OK Angiogram?!

WHAT does it all mean? My Cardiologist is a real Quack, I think. He 's suggesting I'm merely suffering from Heartburn!  and won't listen to/answer my questions... just smiles and pretty much shuts me up and leaves.
Due to being sick for over a year (nausea, breathlessness, chest pain, fatigue, congestion whenever lying down, etc) my new PC doctor did a treadmill stress test... which all I know was "abnormal" (low activity level, ST changes, chest pain with dyspnea and bilateral hand/arm numbness).
A Cardiologist did an angiogram.  Results are:
     1) left ventricular end-diastolic pressure= 20 mmHg.  Left ventricular systolic pressure = 125 mmHg.  No gradient across aortic valve.  No segmental wall motion abnormality.  Left ventricular systolic function normal.  no significant aortic insufficiency or mitral regurgitaion.
     2) coronary artery system is right dominant... A) right coronary artery is a large vessel with no angiographic stenosis.  B) Lsft main coronary artery in normal in size..  C) circumflex artery is moderate-siazed. In mid-vessel is an apparent myocardial bridge.  No angiographic stenosis in left anterior descending.
"Interestingly" the caliber of left coronary arteries are somewhat on smaller side.  Patient tolerated procedure w/o complication... (except Bad Rash for several days after). HOWEVER.. it was noted that during catheterization the ventricle was very irritable... persistent ventricular ectopies.   Ventricular arrhythmia resolved after catheter removed from ventricle.
Can anyone tell me what this all means?... as my Cardiologist won't.  Thanxz much!

Thanks for the hope.
I  get the congestion ONLY when I lie down... and sometimes the chest pain, and sometimes nausea  (not always together).  However, all the symptoms (except congestion- it clears up when I straighten up) happen while active (especially the breathlessness and chest pain), standing and/or sitting up.   I have gotten Acid reflux maybe 5-6 times in my entire life (quick- 1-2 second episode each). So that's been ruled out.
I'm anxious to see what my upcoming Echocardiogram (the 15 min. one) and 24 HR Holter reveal.

I'm not a health professional by any means, but after having a number of angiograms and stents I've learned a bit about angiogram operative reports.  I think yours sound pretty good, certainly they didn't find any arterial blockages or evidence of heart attacks, etc.  I'm also guessing your arteries didn't like to be fiddled with and created some interesting heart beats, but the heart regulated after the wire was removed.  I'm a bit foggy regarding your symptoms... do they all appear when you lay down?  If so, that would be a reason to suspect GERD (acid reflux).  Best wishes.
