Anxiety or Heart Disease?

I am a 19 year old male and lately I have been having shortness of breath, fast heart rate, and slight dizziness. I have been to the ER once was hooked up to EKG and was told that it was anxiety. I went to two different doctors (pediatricians, I currently don't have a primary care doctor) and both agreed it was anxiety. I had a CBC done and everything came back normal. I went to a cardiologist at March-April had a treadmill stress test, EKG, and echocardiogram and the results came back normal. Yesterday, I went back to my cardiologist and had a 24 hour Holter monitor placed and will be getting the results on Wednesday. I have no known family history of heart disease. My problem is that I can't seem to shake the feeling that I am going to die at any second, and I can never seem to relax. I constantly feel my heart pounding, I can feel it through my whole body. I am constantly checking my pulse and it can widely vary. One day I'll be in 120's for what feels like the whole day, and then I will be laying down and check my pulse and it will be in the 70's-80's. I don't know why, but I am so worried that I will end up dying of heart disease at such a young age. Everyday I just want to go the ER so that they can check me out and clear me with a clean bill of health. Whatever this is it's ruining my life.
