Blood Pressure

my mother is 75 and on blood pressure medication and her feet are so swollen they look like balloons is this the cause of her swollen feet.

Make sure she sees a physician immediately. There are a variety of potential reasons for this kind of swelling. The medications would not cause her swollen feet. The swelling is not from blood, but lymphatic fluid. The issue is fluid retention, which can be caused through several mechanisms. Get a medical proxy and talk to her physician.
