Chest Pain with Exertion

I had 2 heart attacks in 2006.  Since then I have had several episodes of chest pain while at rest.  My cardiologist says they are not heart related (EKG shows no change and troponin negative).  Three times this week I have experienced chest pain with SOB during exertion (new symptom),  Should I make an appointment with my cardiologist.

Yes, you should see a cardiologist as you have the classic symptoms of blocked arteries.  Blocked arteries (coronary) deprives the heart muscle of sufficient blood/oxygen and can damage heart cells.
