Should i be alarmed at my cholesterol readings

I joined weight watchers in Sept and just had my blood work done over the weekend and I am concerned. Can anyone tell me if these readings are that bad.
Total Cholesterol - 212
Tryglerides - 126
HDL - 46

I wouldn't get overly concerned, your're just a few points off where you want to be. If you can get your LDL under 130 you'll be in the normal range but try to get your LDL under 100.
