In addition, if your posture while sitting at your computer is bad, you can damage the cartilage in your rib cage and cause pain and discomfort which mimics heart pain. The main concern is becoming deconditioned due to an inactive lifestyle.

Get out and enjoy life, you can't experience it from behind a computer monitor!

1. If your daily exercise regime is sitting at a computer, then yes. It is important that everyone gets some exercise. The computer itself will not cause any heart issues.

2. Lack of sleep can also be associated with lack of exercise.
