ER visit for abdominal pain turned into abnormal EKG possible cath lab then nothing?

so here I am a 33 year old guy who has been experiencing terrible upper abdominal pain for a day or two this past weekend

it got to the point where i ended up going to the ER before the work week since it was unbearable

in the ER it quickly turned into a cardiac work up. ekg, double trop blood work, chest xray. etc

the resident came to me and said "your ekg was abnormal, your t waves have changed and i don't think you had a heart attack and i don't
think i need to send you to the cath lab"

at that point i told her i had just had a CT angio just 3 months ago that showed only mild (less than 25% blockage in two arteries) CAD

i quit smoking over a year ago and my hypertension is under control currently (10mg/lisinopril)

my risk factors are there, but limited and i'm controlling them now.

luckily I did end up getting a lidocaine cocktail that quickly relieved my GI pain, but the red flags that got thrown up got me a little curious

do i really need to go back to my cardiologist after getting a CT angio so recently?

IF THE ANGIO WAS ONLY 3 MONTHS AGO, THEY WILL NOT REPEAT UNLESS SOMETHING VERY UNUSUAL IS HAPPENING. i GUESS THEY WONT RE DO IN THIS INSTANCE

sorry, I should have mentioned that was the last time i seen the resident

the doc came in after my second set of trops (2 hours apart) came back fine and said "everything looks perfect" while holding the ekgs in his hand

i was so relieved by the GI cocktail taking away my pain i had forgotten to ask him why the resident mentioned i may have had a heart attack and that she debated taking me to the cath lab

kind of lost
