Also in the first Echocardiogram
RVOT Acceleration Time was 128 but corrected for my heart rate is 90

What i'm concerned is pulmonary hypertension so i had a 2nd echocardiogram with:
TR Max PG 8,42mmHg
RA Pressure 5mmHg
RVSP 13,4mmHg

I have a lot of anxiety about my health and both doctors said i don't have to even watch again with echocardiograms but i feel my values are not normal.

Hi, don't worry about mild variations in chamber sizes. This can vary with the technique used and the apparatus. Roughly, a mid-right-ventricular diameter of 35 to 40 mm or 42 to 45 mm at the base. So, a value of 30 in short axis should be normal. Also, the findings are always correlated with clinical symptoms for therapy. Regards.
