What's wrong with me?

Hello,
I am not sure what's wrong with me recently??  I am 35 years old, 160lb.  I felt fine until recently.  After one night of heavy drinking about two weeks ago, I haven't been feeling the same.  Not sure if it is related or not but here are the symptoms..   The next day after the drinking, I had thrown up and was hangover.  I felt fine but had a head ace in the afternoon so I took regular advil (2pils)    Later on that evening (4 hours after advil) I felt nauseous and i felt like i was become dizzy.  I felt my heart beat suddenly climbed to 120 beats per min from a normal 60, and it was like that for about 30min.  I don't have insurance so i refused to go to the doctor for them to tell me that I was fine and charge me $2,000.  The next day, I felt shortness of breath.  It was normal breathing but i would be conscious and feel like I had to breath in deep breath once in a while.  This went on for about a week.  I thought there was something wrong with me so i took a 4 mile walk but I was fine.  I have had sudden heart rate increase 4 days after this happened again... and i now felt worried.  My blood pressure is 130/82 normally but when the rapid heart beat happens it went to 149/95.  This morning, and two days after this happened, I woke up with bile yellow reflux this morning.   After that happened, my heart rate jumped to a height 100 again.  My blood pressure was up to that same number 149.95 again.  Thank you for taking time to reading this with all it's poor grammar but i do appreciate to know what you think.

It's worth a trip to the doctor.  With or without insurance, most GPs will have an EKG machine in their office.  That's a start.  Then you can talk to the doctor about any problems with GERD also.  You won't have to spend much more than maybe $250 for a baseline EKG, some blood work and a talk with the doctor.  It's certainly better than taking chances with your health.  Take care, Ally

Could be anything at all and the single nite of drinking two weeks ago probably doesn't have much to do with it.  You may want to research out GERD and see if those symtoms match yours.  You definately want to see at least a family doc for this because of the elevated b/p which is easily remedied and won;t cost you 2K.  A family practitioner is fairly inexpensive and just tell them you are on a tight budget, dont have insurance and can't afford a bunch of expensive tests and let them make the call for you but regardless if your b/p is climbing and you are experiencing rapid heart rates you need to be seen for your own well being.  It could be something so simple that could boil down to what you are eating or drinking but again thats the call for the doc to make...good luck and make the call it;ll be the best 50.00 you ever spent i bet....
