There is a defect that is usually an occlusion in the front upper portion of the heart. No lack of blood flow noted. You completed the test without symptoms.
A finding of transient ischemic dilation (TID) is a ratio of left ventricle size during stress and rest and that may indicate ischemia (lack of blood flow) of the left ventricle and (TID > 1.22) during perfusion of the myocardium would be a marker for serious coronary artery disease (atherosclerosis), OBJECTIVES: This study evaluated the prognostic value of transient ischemic dilation.
The report states abnormal perfusion, but other parts of the test don't identify or explain that comment!? Your doctor may have other tests, your health history, medciation, etc. and dismisses as inconclusive or false positive. A single test requires other tests or symptoms, etc. to make a diagnosis.
Hope this gives you some insight, but according to the way I read the report the defect has not been identified or it is an artifact. No vessel blockage has been noted. Take care and if you have any further questions or comments you are welcome to respond.
