is this a heart issue????

i have had cardiology checkups since i was 15.  i am now 24 w/m.  had echo and
halter at 15.  had stress test echo, EKG when 18.  at 19 went to er had EKG.  20
consulted diff cardiologist for skipped beats.  Dr blew me off said i had mitral
valve prolapse and PVC. ( said it was due to anxiety)  i then consulted a well
known cardiologist at age 22.  echo and stress test. all normal.  had stress
test for job at 22.  started having runs of PVC at work.  age 23 had another
stress test echo EKG done.  all normal.  cardiologist said ectopic heartbeats.
heart normal.  no enlargement nothing everything normal.  i was diagnosed with
generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder.  i am very active and up until
2 months ago was running like 12-14 miles a week and lifting weights.  i still
have skipped beats ( three or four a day.  sometimes feel light headed.  have
had entire body checked out except head.  have chest pains sometimes.  sharp
stabbing,  dull aching,  sore rib like pain.  been told its all due to anxiety.
i am to the point where i think the docs missed things and my heart is bad.  i
cant workout because i scared of dropping dead.  my question is it has been a
year since i have had last cardiology workup.  i dip tobacco daily ( can a day
but only dip for 15-20 min at a time).  i eat a lot of fast food unfortunately.
what heart issue could this be if any or should i just put it in my head that
its anxiety??????  i have been feeling like my heart is beating weak or
something i don't know.

With all of the testing you have had done I can tell you, this is NOT a heart issue. If you had any heart issues serious enough to kill you, you would never be able to do the exercising you are doing. Get help for the anxiety and panic attacks.
