Hypokinesia means decreased motion of the heart. It is often just a part of the heartmuscle that is affected. In your case the anterior part. Due to this decreased motion, the LV shows a mild dysfunction. When this is a result from an myocardial infarction it is irreversible afaik. So, probably no treatment.
