I am a 58 yr old female who is in A-fib about 30% of the time. My echo said I have severe global hypokenesis with an ejection fraction of 30. I am out of breath and panting if I walk too fast, fine if I amble. My nt pro bnp blood test came back at 800. I know acute heart failure is 900 and above. Where does that leave me? My doc hasn't talked to me since he first saw me a month ago. His nurse calls me and changes my meds after tests.
