I use to have heart spasms, and that is was continous. For several years, it worsened, and was occuring at the rate of one or two per minute, 24/7.
A limited diet since 2002, caused depletion of many nutrients.
None of the doctors I saw, nutritionists and so called experts suggested anything helpful.
I thought perhaps I was low on amino acids, and the clue there, was that upon eating lamb,
the heart would calm down. This wore off, and the lamb was no longer sufficient.
I started pea protein powder (a few teaspoons daily on its own), two weeks ago, zero heart spasms!!
I was probably either very low on amino acids, and pea protein powder is high in amino acids content, or I had some type of protein metabolic dysfunction.
What I find annoying here, is that this could have been dealt with by one of the numerous experts I consulted over the years.... Often, we have to read, and do our own research to solve an issue, and I believe, I saved my own life or at the very least, another heart attack!!
