Help is this AF Corany Artery Spasm or something else ?

Help i am going mad I had a heart scare 4 years ago from overdosing on cocaine (very silly) since then i have taken no drugs.  I was given a angiogram and echo and other than slight septal thicknes (1.3) everything was normal.  However i have symptoms since then and about 1 year ago i began getting twinges or spasms near my chest going up to my neck.  They where totally involuntary, they hae gotten progressivelly worse and are invoked by excercise and alchohol and cause shortness of breath.  Whilst this happens i hear a violent palpatation like sound in my ear speeding up and slowing down it coinsides with spasm feeling in or near my heart and throat neck area.  My Pulse during this time feels normal so could this be my heart atery spasming, af or muscle spasm i am so anxious ecg have failed to pick up any af so far so could this be artery spasm would this show on ecg.

I forgot to add to the post about the heart monitors. When I had the spasms the monitor went crazy. Beeping and lines all over the place.  The nurses told me it was "junk", and that I had probably moved.  After this happened 3 times I was able to convince them it was not "junk". That is when they realized I was having vasospasms.

This doesn't sound anything like I experience and I do have coronary artery spasms.  They were picked up on the heart monitors.  The pain was very much like the chest pain with my heart attacks.  The burning ache in the center of my chest.  Not twinges and not going up in my neck or jaw.  That was the only difference between the chest pains with heart attacks and the spasms.  The spasms seem to stay confined to my chest area.  The heart attack chest pains radiated to my jaw, cheekbones and arms.  Ally
