High school student in need of help!

I'm a high school student and we are doing a unit on occupations in my careers class.  One of the student requirements is to interview people working at different jobs that we would like to be.  I was wondering if any MD would be willing to fill out this survey for me, as I aspire to become a doctor.

Here is the survey, thank you in advance for your help and cooperation in answering these questions:

Name of person being interviewed:

Your occupation and employer:

1. Why did you choose this type of work?

2. How did you get your present job?

3. While in high school, what were your career plans?

4. What are your duties and responsibilities in your present job?

5. Please list advantages and disadvantages (likes and dislikes) about your job.

6. How much leeway or freedom do you have in performing your job?

7. What special problems do new employees often have in adjusting to the type of work you do?

8. What kind of education/experience/training is recommended or required for this job?

9. Is it difficult to find work in this field? If so why? Can you relocate easily? Why or why not?

10. What is your opinion of the salary and wages for this type of occupation compared to other jobs in general?

11. What personal qualities are needed to perform your job? Are there specific physical, emotional, or mental requirements?

12. Does this type of job involve working overtime, evenings, and/or weekends? If so please explain.

13. What opportunities are there for advancement?

14. Based on your experience in this job, what information or advice would you give to someone who is still in high school?

15. Any additional comments, questions, ect.?

That may be difficult since it's only 2 questions a day allowed. Another thought - would your private physician be willing to help you? Or if you have a teaching hospital in the area maybe an intern or such could help. Just some ideas.
