heart issues

Hi. I'm a 16 year old male and For the last few years (4 or so) I've had some concerns with my heart. I've had severe heart palpitations and feeling like my heart totally stops for a couple seconds, accompanied by shortness of breath. I can't even exercise (even light jogging) after any strenuous exercise, my chest feels like its being crushed, i have all of the other symptoms i listed above as well as i have a thick metallic tasting saliva with vertigo as well. I also sometimes wake up and feel like I'm totally seized and motionless. I try to speak and move but it feels like i am totally paralyzed. I am wondering if this has to do with my heart problems. I also get very low blood sugar on way more occasions than i ever have before. With the general shakey and figity movements and extreme hunger, etc. Do any of these have anything to do with my heart issues and what could be causing all of this?

Thanks.

Well, you have to discuss that with your GP. Your cardiologist has eliminated the possibility of a heart issue.
It is now again up to your GP to find the cause of your complaints.

I have gone to see my doctor several times and I've seen the cardiologist. They did all they could to try and see what was wrong but nothing showed up. Could it be like something else? I forgot to mention i also get very cold very easily and my hands and feet go numb. Could it be like seizures I'm not aware of?
