LBBB w/ PVC's Cause?

I am a 43 yr old female recently diagnosed with LBBB w/ PVC's. It has been a scarey few months not know what was wrong with me but now I have a diagnosis. I had a Coronary CT scan and I do not have any kind of blockage or blood flow issue going on so that is good. Can this be Hereditary? Do I have an early stage of Heart Disease? Also, is there anything I could have done to cause this? Any medication, like over the counter cold meds, Nyquil, or any pain meds that might of caused this? I am very plagued by this on a daily basis. I feel out of breath and lightheaded just going up and down my stairs at home and walking a long way in the mall with my daughters. If I get stressed at all over money or an argument with my teen, whatever, my symptoms are intense for a couple days and nights.  I am on 25mg of Toprolol ea night which has helped but I frequently still cannot fall asleep until 2 or 3am sometimes. My doctor said it is ok to exercise but it feels really scarey when your heart feels out of control. Will cardio help or hurt in the long run?

Thank you. I just had a hormone panel and TSH panel done last week. I should know pretty soon the results. Thanks. I will let you know if I have any question on that :)

QUOTE: My Nuclear Stress Test show an Ejection Fraction of 52%. Is that what you are referring to when you say cardia output?

>>>>Yes, that would indicate your heart is putting a sufficient amount of blood into circulation with each heart beat.

The phsyiological etiology of your system could be related to your arrhythmia.  There is a very delicate balance of hormones, electrolytic agents (low potassium, magnesium, etc.), thyroid functionality, etc.

There is no direct causal relationship with uterine fibroids and arrhythmia.

My Nuclear Stress Test show an Ejection Fraction of 52%. Is that what you are referring to when you say cardia output? I believe 52% is normal. My Coronary CT did mention a 2mm nodule seen in the right upper lobe but no pulmonary lesion of concern detected. My primary doctor said that is not big enough to be concerned about. Could of been there for years from a previous illness. Another thing I have noticed is my symptoms are far worse when I am approaching a menstrual cycle which is about every 2 weeks due to multiple uterine fibroids, they usually last about a week to 12 days long so over half the month I am flowing. Could that be related somehow?

Your shortness of breath should be examed by your doctor to rule out a low cardiac (heart) output or hypokenises (low oxygen level in the blood and muscles)

Other causes include generalized anxiety and certain lung diseases. If a person experiences excessive anxiety or worry due to two or more life circumstances, a person might experience shortness of breath from anxiety. In lung diseases like asthma or pulmonary tuberculosis, a person will often experience difficulty in breathing. The shortness of breath due to anxiety in such lung disease can occur.

LBBB will cause PVC but it shouldn't cause shortness of breath.  However, if  serious it can reduce the cardiac output, etc.
